Deze training kan beschouwd worden als instaptraining voor Citrix NetScaler voor netwerkbeheerders en gaat vooral in op zaken als implementatie, configuratie, beveiliging, traffic flow, monitoring, optimimalisatie en troubleshooting van een Citrix NetScaler. De training zal deelnemers via instructie en handson opdrachten bekend maken met Citrix NetScaler 11 maar is ook geschikt voor beheerders van oudere versies. Aan de orde komen ook vele geavanceerde features zoals o.a. load balancing, SSL offload en expressies.De training vervangt het aanbod van de oudere training CNS205: Citrix NetScaler Essentials and Networking. Een aantal doorgevoerde verbeteringen: Nieuwe labs op een sterk verbeterd platform Nieuwe onderwerpen toegevoegd aan de meeste modules Vele suggesties die gemaakt zijn door deelnemers aan de vorige training werden doorgevoerd Een meer logische volgorde van onderwerpen: 3 dagen algemene NetScaler kennis gevolgd door 2 dagen verdieping in Traffic Management onderdelenDe training kan ook gevolgd worden mede ter voorbereiding van het Citrix examen 1Y0351 Citrix NetScaler 10.5 Essentials and Networking t.b.v. het behalen van de certificering Citrix Certified Professional – Networking (CCAP)..NB. Wij raden deelnemers af om de trainingen CNS220 en CNS222 allebei te volgen vanwege overlap van onderwerpen. Ten gevolge van de meer modulaire aanpak van de vernieuwde NetScaler trainingen is het echter mogelijk om deze training uit te breiden met nog 2 dagen waarin specifiek wordt ingegaan op Citrix NetScaler Gateway functionaliteit.Na voltooiing van deze training hebben deelnemers de volgende kennis opgedaan: Het doorgronden van de mogelijkheden en functionaliteiten van Citrix NetScaler. NetScaler netwerk architectuur. Het plannen van een NetScaler implementatie, inclusief plaatsing en configuratie. Het omgaan met NetScaler licenties. Het installeren van NetScaler. NetScaler beveiliging met SSL en SSL Offload. Implementatie van de NetScaler TriScale technologie, incl. Clustering. De basisfunctionaliteit voor Load Balancing met NetScaler. Het configureren van geavanceerde Load Balancing met Global Server Load Balancing (GSLB). NetScaler High Availability. Het optimaliseren van een NetScaler implementatie voor traffic flow en contentspecifieke vereisten. Het omgaan met NetScaler policies en expressies. Het configureren van AppExpert templates. Monitoring, auditing en logging op een NetScaler met NetScaler en (3rd party) tools. Het troubleshooten van netwerk, security en NetScaler issues.
